The idea of working with Eloma was based on the personal recommendation of an existing joint contact. So Lorz approached Eloma, and in spring 2018 initial discussions regarding a service partnership took place. It quickly became clear that the philosophy and the know-how of both companies complement each other perfectly. On the one hand, Eloma as one of the leading manufacturers of high-quality combi steamers and baking ovens, which offers equipment with the highest quality standards, and on the other hand, the Lorz Service GmbH as a reliable service partner who lives up to these standards at premium level. This guarantees the best possible care for the customer right from the start. Since some of the LORZ technicians had already been trained on the Eloma equipment, there was no need for a long start-up phase and the cooperation could quickly be filled with life.
