Eloma guarantees quality

Durability and robustness are top priorities in the quality requirements of the catering industry. With a company philosophy that is 100% “Made in Germany”, Eloma has made this performance promise its own. The claim: to leave nothing to be desired in terms of material, design, operation, maintenance and care. In addition, the manufacturer of combi-steamers from Maisach in Bavaria has been offering a new guarantee promise since this year. As part of the “Give me 5” campaign, customers receive up to a five-year guarantee on all Eloma combi-steamers and in-store ovens – and therefore maximum investment security.

Machines „Made in Germany“

Since its foundation in 1975, Eloma has focused on quality “Made in Germany”. The result is robust, durable machines made from high-quality materials that optimally meet customer requirements over the long term. “With a service life of regularly well over 10 years, we can also back up this promise of quality with figures,” emphasizes Marcus Dech, Sales Manager for the DACH region for Eloma. Another advantage for customers: The focus on quality ensures that there is hardly any waste, even with a large product output, and that time-consuming and cost-intensive processes do not have to be repeated. This results in significantly lower energy and raw material costs during operation as well as reliably predictable product availability for customers and guests.

 

In addition to functional performance and sustainable qualities, the JOKER, GENIUSMT and MULTIMAX combi-steamers and the BACKMASTER in-store baking oven also impress with their ergonomic design and ease of use. Automated operating sequences, reminder functions and intuitive handling benefit unskilled workers in particular, allowing them to produce high-quality cooked, baked and grilled products stress-free and in any situation. An enormous relief, not least for multi-store customers, for example in the petrol station sector. On the other side of the spectrum, experienced star chefs also know how to profitably integrate the helpful convenience functions into their everyday work.

 

A pioneering cleaning concept

Eloma focuses on quality not only in terms of materials, operation and design. Process reliability and stability in daily care also make a decisive contribution to maintaining the value of the appliances. With the hybrid autoclean® PRO cleaning system, Eloma offers a particularly elegant solution that allows customers to change the type of cleaning at any time. This allows restaurateurs to conveniently adapt the system to their individual needs or react to changing conditions on site. The Eloma system includes the use of liquid cleaning agents as well as solid cleaning tabs. The difference: when using the liquid cleaner, the process runs fully automatically if desired, so that only the time period and cleaning schedule need to be specified. The latter can be defined for a week – or even a whole year. This means that there are virtually no limits to planning.

 

A question of quality: five-year guarantee

With its high-quality, durable products “Made in Germany” and the hybrid cleaning concept autoclean® PRO, Eloma is clearly positioning itself as a quality manufacturer in the combi-steamer market. An extended warranty and safety promise underlines this claim: under the motto “Give with 5”, since March 2024 customers not only enjoy the statutory warranty of one year, but also receive a free extension of two additional years when they register. With a one-off additional lump sum, this period can also be extended again at the time of purchase – to a total of five years’ warranty.
