For 31 years GastRo has existed as the trade fair in the northeast of Germany and has accompanied the transformation of the region to the spearhead of tourism. New hotels are being built every year, gastronomic concepts are developing and investors have also recognized the great potential of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.

GastRo did not stop at this change. With a new concept and ideas, the industry meeting already presented itself last year with strong partners to create a unique event for exhibitors and trade visitors.
