JET relies on in-store ovens from Eloma
Hamburg, February 15, 2024; In the JET bistros, all signs point to delicious: customers can expect a wide selection of snacks and meals for every occasion, such as fresh breakfast rolls, croissants or filled baguettes. The JET service station teams also bake their rolls and specialties fresh several times a day. In-store baking ovens from Eloma are now being used at more and more locations, as the manufacturer from Maisach in Bavaria and JET work in partnership to make a difference in on-the-go catering through reliability, speed and top quality.

One reference project for the collaboration is the JET Mobility Hub in Inning am Ammersee, right on Eloma’s doorstep. Since the opening of this JET location in November 2023, two BACKMASTERs from Eloma have been ensuring consistently first-class baking results in the bistro. But the automatic oven has even more advantages: It can be quickly adapted to new products, easily integrated into existing bistro architectures and, above all, is very easy to operate. This not only benefits employees who are less experienced in baking, but also makes handling in the JET Bistro more straightforward overall. Christof Müller, Team Lead Total Store Concepts at JET, comments: “The advantages of the Eloma automatic oven are obvious and we are getting a lot of positive feedback from the 334 JET stations where the oven is already in use.
