Eloma presents the new generation of large combi-steamers at Internorga 2025

Eloma presented the new generation of its floor-standing units for the first time at Internorga 2025. With the GENIUSMT 20-11, GENIUSMT 20-21, MULTIMAX 20-11 and MULTIMAX 20-21 models, the quality manufacturer from Maisach combines Eloma’s proven multifunctionality with state-of-the-art technology upgrades and an all-round optimized design. For example, a larger oven chamber in the 20-21 model version offers space for up to 40 GN 1/1 trays, while the innovative autoclean PRO circulation system fully automates the cleaning process if required. Last but not least, the new generation of appliances has also been designed with greater energy efficiency in mind: improved appliance insulation using double glazing made of ThermaGuard nRG glass ensures a significant reduction in energy loss when cooking, baking, steaming or grilling.

 

Eloma has been relying on innovative kitchen technology “Made in Germany” for 50 years. Just in time for the company’s anniversary, the quality manufacturer unveiled the latest generation of floor-standing units for professional use at Internorga 2025 in Hamburg.

 

Perfect solutions for every challenge
Whether for low-temperature cooking, Delta-T cooking or regenerating food – the new GENIUSMT and MULTIMAX models offer numerous new programs that meet the requirements of a wide range of cooking processes. The large oven chamber guarantees maximum performance with consistent cooking quality. There is now space for up to 40 GN-1/1 trays – ideal for large kitchens that need to produce large quantities, especially at peak times. In addition, the new floor-standing units are equipped with an improved steam function (Eco/Power Steam), which optimizes cooking processes.

 

Efficient and future-proof
Energy efficiency saves costs – and the new double glazing with ThermaGuard nRG glass makes the new generation of GENIUSMT and MULTIMAX even more sustainable and efficient than before. The optimized door design not only creates an improved air flow that benefits the food, but also ensures a significant reduction in energy losses thanks to improved insulation. In addition to better energy values, the new glazing also offers an unobstructed, scratch-free view into the oven chamber and a reduced door weight – including easier handling.

 

A pioneering cleaning concept 
Eloma relies on pioneering concepts not only in terms of performance, operation and design, but also when it comes to cleaning. The autoclean PRO circulation system ensures reduced water and detergent consumption, thus optimizing the cleaning process. At the same time, the hybrid cleaning system offers customers the option of changing the type of cleaning at any time. This allows restaurateurs to conveniently adapt the system to their individual needs or react to changing conditions on site. If desired, the process can run fully automatically so that only the time period and cleaning schedule need to be set. The latter can be defined for a week – or even a whole year. This means that there are virtually no limits to planning. Together with an extended warranty, Eloma combi-steamers make operation even more economical and future-proof.

 

Compatibility and service
The new floor-standing units from Eloma in the GENIUSMT 20-11, GENIUSMT 20-21, MULTIMAX 20-11 and MULTIMAX 20-21 versions are fully compatible with the accessories from the previous generation. This means that the models can be easily integrated into existing kitchens for smooth operation. Eloma customers also benefit from a worldwide service network with specially trained, certified partners. Thanks to the networkability of the units, program updates can be carried out via remote maintenance.
