The right fit. The new COMPACT PRO. Eloma presents the new compact class at HOST 2019.

Maisach – 1st October 2019 – Eloma as one of the leading manufacturers of high-quality combi steamers and baking ovens from Maisach/Germany introduces a completely new compact class. The new COMPACT PRO can be configured as convection oven, baking oven or combi steamer in half sheet pan or steam pan size.

As early as 1998, Eloma proved its pioneering spirit and courage when their compact class was the first compact combi steamer to be introduced successfully to the global market. Since then, the Bavarian company has continuously developed this competence and is now transferring tradition to the modern age.

The width of only 20.5 inch, and Eloma’s core values reliability, quality and user-friendliness are obviously the pillar stones also of the new compact class. These however have been complemented by modularity, flexibility and design – as the three main highlights of the new COMPACT PRO. Meaning, Eloma does not provide the customer with a standard but offers modular options in the configuration. The customer decides what he needs, as one size does not fit all.

Control module top, left or right? Everything is possible. You prefer the classic way, reduced to the essentials with the ST control, or the MT control based on a systematical approach with a modern twist? It has to be right for the customer. The tried-and-tested MT-Technology ensures multifunctionality also in the new compact class and has been extended by a number of functions and operating modes. If you cannot decide on the operating concept when buying the unit, take the ST control first and retrofit the MT control when needed.

Hot air only or with full steam instead? The new COMPACT PRO can do it all. Comfort due to automatic cleaning or the preference on a puristic approach remains and cleaning yourself is your thing? The customer decides. To round it all off, with the choice of the design modules the new COMPACT PRO will be an eye-catcher.
